During the event, Mr. Basintale highlighted the importance of youth contributions to national development. He noted that the maize was grown by young farmers supported by YEA initiatives.
“This maize is not imported; it is grown by young Ghanaians,” he said. He emphasized that with proper support, youth can help feed the nation.
Mr. Basintale promised to expand agricultural programs to empower youth further. He also aims to support national food security efforts.
He encouraged school heads to use the donation effectively. YEA remains committed to serving communities and enhancing its impact across various sectors.
