2024/25 Ghana Premier League Match Report: Goldstars, Kotoko play out goalless draw in Bibiani

Bibiani Goldstars and Asante Kotoko played to a goalless draw. The match took place at Dun's Park during Ghana Premier League match-week 32.

The home team started quickly and almost scored. However, their attack was stopped by Henry Ansu. Both teams played well but could not find the net. The first half ended without any goals.

In the second half, Asante Kotoko improved their play. They made several attempts but failed to threaten the Goldstars' defense. Peter Amidu came in from the flanks and took a long shot, missing by inches.

Ronald Frimpong nearly shocked the Reds in the 83rd minute. His shot was saved brilliantly by Guinean goalie Mohammed Camara. The match ended goalless after full-time.

This draw allowed Nations FC to extend their lead at the top of the table. They are now three points ahead of Goldstars and five points ahead of Kotoko with two matches remaining.
