Aboubakar Ouattara set for Technical Director role as Hearts of Oak prepare coaching restructure

Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara will change roles next season. He is expected to become the Technical Director.

Ouattara took charge of the club midway through last season. He will leave his coaching position as Hearts plans to hire Maxwell Konadu as head coach. This change is part of a broader plan to rebuild the team.

Despite challenges, Ouattara helped stabilize the team during the second half of the season. He guided them away from a tough start and aimed for a top-four finish. Hearts needs to win their final game against champions FC Samartex to reach that goal.
