Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare has received an award. He thanked the Ghana National Ex Goalkeepers Union for this recognition.
After receiving the honor, Asare expressed his gratitude. He thanked his goalkeeper trainer, the Hearts of Oak board, and fans. Their support throughout the season has been invaluable.
Asare promised to keep working hard and avoid complacency. He said, "I thank all of you who came and those who couldn't." He appreciated everyone for thinking of him and providing this platform.
He also thanked the board chairman, board members, and Accra Hearts of Oak. "Your prayers encourage me," he added. Asare acknowledged the Ex Union boss for presenting him with the award.
Last season, he ended with 16 clean sheets at Accra Great Olympics. In his debut campaign at Hearts of Oak, he has matched that total already. There are still three games left to play this season.
