GA suspends 2 over sexual abuse, exploitation claims

The Ghana Athletics (GA) has started an inquiry into abuse allegations.

These allegations involve some local coaches and athletes.

Two coaches, Mr. Wisdom Loh and Mr. Jeffery Nkru­mah, have been suspended.

They are banned from all athletics-related activities during the investigation.

The GA's statement confirms their suspension is pending the investigation's outcome.

The inquiry will also examine if these coaches exploited athletes.

This includes both Ghanaian and foreign Ghanaian athletes.
