Ghana's Ransford Königsdörffer secures Bundesliga promotion with Hamburger SV

Ransford Königsdörffer has helped Hamburger SV gain Bundesliga promotion.

The Ghanaian striker plays in the 2.Bundesliga. He will join the top division for the 2024-25 season.

At just 23 years old, he has been a key player this season. He scored 14 goals in 32 games, helping his team qualify for the Bundesliga. This is their first promotion after seven years in the second division.

In a recent match, Ransford scored twice in a 6-1 win against Ulm. Manager Merlin Polzin expects him to be crucial next season.

Ransford has also represented Ghana's national team four times. He switched allegiance to play for the Black Stars at the international level.
