Ghana U20 star Bismark Edjeodji joins Danish club Vejle BK in long-term deal

Ghanaian talent Bismark Edjeodji has joined Vejle BK. He completed a five-year transfer from Bechem United. Vejle BK plays in the Danish Superliga.

The 18-year-old is a standout player for Ghana's U20 team, the Black Satellites. He will join Vejle's first team for the 2025/26 season.

Edjeodji expressed his excitement on the club's website. "It's great to be a player at Vejle Boldklub," he said. He has followed the team's progress from Ghana and feels it's a dream to play at Vejle Stadium.

He acknowledged the challenges of moving to Denmark. However, he remains confident about this new adventure. "I believe in myself," he stated, "and I know I'll have good opportunities to show my talent."

Vejle's sporting director Mikkel Hemmersam praised Edjeodji's signing. "Bismark is an exciting player we've followed for a long time," he said. Hemmersam believes Edjeodji fits their profile well—young, talented, and offensive-minded.

The club is ready to help Edjeodji adjust to his new environment. They emphasized the importance of patience and integration during this transition period.
