Heart of Lions coach Bashir Hayford satisfied with performance of team in 2024/25 GPL season

Heart of Lions' head coach, Bashir Hayford, is pleased with his team's performance.

The Kpando-based club has had a strong season in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League.

They have performed well both at home and away.

This success has allowed them to compete with top clubs in the league.

With one match left, Heart of Lions is fourth on the table with 57 points. They are just three points behind league leaders Nations FC.

Ahead of their final game against Nations FC, Coach Hayford expressed his satisfaction.

“I’m very satisfied,” he said. “We aimed to avoid last season's struggles.”

He noted that they have achieved their goal this season.

The match between Nations FC and Heart of Lions is on Sunday, June 8.

It will start at 3 PM at Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
