Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare vows improved performance next season

Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare has reassured fans. He promises the team will improve and compete for titles next season.

The Phobian Club may finish the 2024/25 season without a trophy. They exited the FA Cup after losing to finalists Golden Kick. Currently, they sit 5th in the Premier League with 49 points from 31 games.

Asare noted that they secured maximum points against Berekum Chelsea on Sunday. He believes the team can uplift their performance next season.

“We admit things didn’t go as we wanted,” he said. “But we urge fans to have faith in us.”

“Next season, we will work hard to ensure improvement,” Asare added. Hearts of Oak will aim to maintain momentum when they host Accra Lions on May 25 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
