Kassim Mingle Ocansey, head coach of Nations Football Club, has a message for his players. He wants them to be more clinical in front of goal. This is crucial for their last three games in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
Nations FC currently leads the league table with 57 points. They are favorites to win the title. However, they must win all three remaining games. This will help them avoid losing to Gold Stars, Heart of Lions, and Asante Kotoko.
After their recent 4-1 victory against Legon Cities FC, Coach Ocansey expressed mixed feelings. He was pleased with the win but not satisfied overall. He emphasized the need for improvement in goal scoring.
“I will say it wasn’t bad, but not to my satisfaction,” he said. “We wasted a lot of chances in the first half.” He plans to address these mistakes before their next match.
Nations FC's next challenge is against defending champions FC Samartex at home.
