Robert Dabuo: Getting the chance to represent Ghana was always memorable

Former Ghanaian youth international Robert Dabuo feels proud to represent Ghana.

He was a key player for the U17 and U20 teams. Dabuo played for the Black Starlets in the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup in South Korea.

"Representing my country as a young player is exciting," he said. "Ghanaians believe you can win, which boosts your confidence."

Dabuo noted that winning brings admiration, while losing can create problems.

In 2008, he joined the Black Satellites. He helped Ghana win the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Egypt, marking a pivotal moment in sports history.
