School Sports Assoc praised for good mentorship of students

The Eastern Regional Second Cycle School Sports Association (ERSCSSA) has received praise. They mentored six students who made Ghana's national team. These students represented Ghana at the 2025 CAF schools tournament in Accra last month.

Dr. Ivy Asantewaa Owusu, the Eastern Regional Director of Education, commended the Association. She also praised Physical Education Coordinators for their hard work. Their efforts help students develop their athletic potential.

At the opening ceremony of the 36th Eastern Regional Inter-Collegiate and Super Zonal Championship in Koforidua, she spoke about sports. She emphasized that sports foster patriotism and unity among students.
