We're going to launch a community pitch initiative soon – Sports Minister reveals

Minister of Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, announced a new program. This program will upgrade football pitches in local communities.

Adams spoke at the KGL Foundation Black Stars sponsorship event. He said the goal is to develop grassroots football. The aim is to ensure players have access to well-maintained facilities.

“We want community pitches to match those in bigger cities,” Adams explained. He emphasized that the only difference should be the stadium atmosphere.

The government plans to launch this program soon.
