We want Benjamin Asare to know that his hard work is appreciated – Eric Amponsah

The Ghana National Ex Goalkeepers Union has honored Benjamin Asare. He is the goalkeeper for Hearts of Oak. This recognition is for his outstanding performances this season.

The event took place at Sunlodge Hotel. Asare received goalkeeping equipment and a cash reward. The amount of the cash reward was not disclosed.

Eric Amponsah, a union member, spoke at the event. He is also a goalkeeper trainer for Sudan's national team. He said they want to show appreciation for Asare’s efforts.

Amponsah stated, "We want to encourage Asare for what he is doing." This message was shared on Peace FM.

Asare has been a standout performer in the Ghana Premier League. He set a record of 16 clean sheets with Accra Great Olympics last season. Now, he has matched that number in his debut season with Hearts of Oak, with three games left to play.

The Ex Goalkeepers Union hopes their support inspires Asare and others. They want everyone to keep striving for excellence.
