Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku is the President of the Ghana Football Association. He is also the new second vice president of the Confederation of African Football. Okraku has promised more support for Ghanaian football clubs.
He acknowledged that clubs have limited resources. However, he remains hopeful for a positive change this year. Okraku believes that the year looks promising for football in Ghana.
The FA is working hard to improve domestic leagues. "I thank the media for their support," he said. "Our clubs need resources, and we're working to deliver more." He urged everyone to be patient as they navigate broadcast rights issues.
The Ghana Premier League is nearing its final stages after a long campaign. The competition for top spots and survival is intense. Since Okraku became president, the league has concluded successfully despite past controversies.
