Rainfall has caused disruptions at several polling stations in the Madina, Dome-Kwabenya, and Trobu constituencies in Accra, affecting the voting process in the 2024 general elections.
Voters were delayed as the heavy rain made it difficult for them to cast their ballots.
Despite this, the Electoral Commission (EC) has assured that efforts are underway to mitigate the situation and ensure that all eligible voters can participate.
The rain is expected to continue affecting the flow of voters, but the EC is working to maintain order and transparency throughout the election process.
