The Ghana Police Service has commended the New Patriotic Party (NPP), the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and their supporters for ensuring peace during their final rallies in Accra on December 5.
Despite the large turnouts, the events concluded without incidents, thanks to the cooperation of all parties and the public.
In a statement, the Police expressed gratitude to both political parties, the public, and motorists for their patience during road diversions. They also applauded the professionalism of officers who ensured order and safety.
As Ghana gears up for the December 7 elections, the Police urged stakeholders to uphold discipline and patriotism to maintain peace and cohesion.
