Gunfire erupts in Nyakpala as NDC youth clash over alleged voter interference

Gunshots were fired in Nyakpala, located in the Tolon constituency of the Northern Region, following a confrontation between NDC youth and suspected individuals trying to vote in the area.

The youth intercepted buses they believed were carrying unauthorized voters and refused to let them enter the community.

The situation escalated into gunfire, prompting the deployment of military personnel to the scene to restore order.
