I have called and congratulated Mahama – Bawumia

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has officially congratulated former President John Dramani Mahama on his victory in the presidential election.

"I have just called His Excellency John Dramani Mahama to congratulate him as President-elect of the Republic of Ghana," Bawumia announced, reaffirming his earlier commitment to ensuring peace and stability.

Reflecting on his pledge during the pre-election peace pact, Bawumia stated, "Ghana will win and peace will reign." He acknowledged the people's decision, saying, "They have voted for change this time, and I respect their choice."
