Jean Mensa should be reminded she holds the key to peace – Rosaline Imoru Ayarna

Rosaline Imoru Ayarna, a Public Interest Advocate and member of the Alliance for Revolutionary Change, has urged the Electoral Commission (EC) led by Jean Mensa to ensure a free and fair election to maintain peace in Ghana.

Speaking on TV3's NewDay, Ayarna emphasized that the EC holds the key to peace and must act transparently.

She criticized the EC for denying the Coalition of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) accreditation to observe the upcoming elections, arguing that these groups play a crucial role in monitoring the process.

Ayarna also accused the EC of eroding public trust and helping the ruling NPP stay in power.
