NDC Presidential Candidate John Dramani Mahama has called on the Electoral Commission to remove politically affiliated individuals from polling station roles to safeguard the integrity of the December 7 elections.
Addressing residents of Sekondi during his Western Region campaign, Mahama cited an alleged audio recording of election manipulation plans in Gomoa as evidence of the risks posed by partisan influences.
He urged the Commission to act decisively to ensure free and fair elections.
Mahama also reassured newly recruited security personnel that their jobs would be secure under his leadership, dismissing claims by opponents about reversing their appointments.
He encouraged them to back his “Reset Agenda,” which he promised would enhance their working conditions and professional growth.
