Mussa Dankwah, Executive Director of Global Info Analytics, has clarified that his firm’s projection of a victory for NDC’s John Mahama in the 2024 elections is based on data analysis, not a traditional opinion poll.
The forecast predicts Mahama will secure 52.2% of the vote, ahead of NPP’s Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia at 41.4%, with other candidates, including Alan Kyerematen and Nana Kwame Bediako, receiving 2.5% and 3.0%, respectively.
Speaking on Dwene Ho Biom, Dankwah explained that predictions analyze trends to forecast outcomes, while polls capture snapshots of opinions.
He expressed confidence in the accuracy of his firm’s analysis, citing key national issues like unemployment and inflation driving voter preferences.
