Media fixation on negatives hurt NPP in Elections – Fred Okyere

Fred Okyere, a prominent New Patriotic Party (NPP) member in the Ashanti Region, has criticized the media for focusing too much on the flaws of President Akufo-Addo's administration while overlooking its achievements.

Speaking on Ultimate 106.9 FM, Okyere claimed that the media's negative coverage contributed to the NPP's poor performance in the recent elections.

He highlighted significant government projects, like road construction and infrastructure improvements, which were ignored by the media.

Okyere also accused the opposition NDC of exploiting the media's focus on negatives to bolster their propaganda. He cautioned the NDC not to become complacent and wished them luck in their governance.
