Tepa in the Ahafo Ano North Constituency is under heavy military presence following violent unrest allegedly caused by National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporters.
The chaos erupted after Saturday's elections, with several private and public properties destroyed.
The Tepa Senior High School, where election materials were stored, was set ablaze.
Protesters also ransacked a warehouse and a radio station owned by Nana Agyemang Prempeh, the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) Parliamentary candidate and NADMO Director General.
One of his vehicles was torched, although reports of his disappearance were dismissed by police, confirming his safety.
The Electoral Commission (EC) has withheld results for the constituency as the collation center was ransacked, leaving ballot materials destroyed.
Military personnel are working to restore calm amid the tense situation.
