The New Patriotic Party (NPP) plans to establish an election review committee in January 2025 to analyze its loss in the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections.
National Chairman Stephen Ayesu Ntim, addressing the press in Accra, urged party members to stay resolute and actively engage in the restructuring process.
The committee will assess factors behind the defeat, consider reforms, and explore potential constitutional amendments to strengthen internal decision-making.
Ntim emphasized the party’s resilience, stating, “We will rise again from this defeat,” and encouraged members to unite for future success.
Acknowledging the efforts of campaign teams and party faithful, he reaffirmed the NPP’s commitment to its ideals and promised a stronger, united party by 2028.
