Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has predicted that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will lose all seven parliamentary seats re-declared in their favor by the Electoral Commission (EC).

In a sermon on December 22, 2024, Rev. Owusu-Bempah condemned the EC’s re-collation exercise, questioning its fairness. He asserted that these seats would revert to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) once President-elect John Mahama assumes office on January 7, 2024.

The re-collation affected constituencies such as Techiman South, Tema Central, and Obuasi East, where results initially declared for NDC candidates were overturned in favor of the NPP.

Currently, the NPP holds at least 89 seats, while the NDC leads with 181 in the upcoming 9th Parliament.

Two constituencies, Ablekuma North and Dome Kwabenya, remain unresolved.
