Not a single NPP promise to Western Region has been fulfilled – Kofi Buah

Deputy Minority Leader Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah has criticized the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for failing to deliver on its infrastructure promises to the Western Region during its eight years in power.

Speaking at the Western Regional House of Chiefs in Sekondi during a campaign tour with former President John Mahama, the Ellembele MP accused the government of neglecting the region's needs, including infrastructure development, job creation, and improvements in healthcare and education.

He highlighted unfulfilled projects such as a promised regional hospital, the rehabilitation of Effia Nkwanta Hospital, and a new refinery.

Buah also claimed that development projects initiated under the Mahama administration, such as the Half Assini road, have stalled, asserting that the NDC has achieved more for the region than the NPP.
