Old Vandals congratulate Mahama

The Commonwealth Alumni of the University of Ghana, popularly known as the Old Vandals, have congratulated John Dramani Mahama on his victory in the 2024 general election.

In a statement, the group described Mahama’s win as “momentous and resounding,” celebrating their fellow alumnus and the NDC.

“On behalf of the Old Vandals fraternity, we extend heartwarming and inspiring felicitations to H.E. Vandal John Dramani Mahama,” the statement read.

The Vandals attributed the victory to divine timing and expressed confidence in Mahama’s ability to tackle Ghana’s challenges. They pledged unwavering support, stating, *“We hold ourselves in readiness to support you to the brim. Your success is ours.”*

Ghanaians, however, are still awaiting the Electoral Commission’s official declaration of the election results.
