Police and Military intervene to prevent brawl at Tse Addo Polling Station

A brawl was narrowly avoided at the Tse Addo Container polling station in La Dade-Kotopon Constituency after party agents clashed with individuals at a meeting under a canopy.

The altercation was sparked by claims of suspected illegal issuance of the voters' register.

Police and military quickly intervened, inspecting the ID cards of those present.

It was revealed that some attendees were from other constituencies, including Ledzokuku and Teshie.

The police escorted two individuals away, while others were bussed back to their designated polling stations.

Despite the 45-minute disruption, voting resumed without further issues, and the process is now proceeding smoothly at nearby locations like Zenith University College and La Main Market.
