In a Facebook post, he commended the police for their restraint and patience, which have helped prevent isolated incidents from escalating into larger conflicts.
He highlighted the absence of reports involving police brutality or gunfire, often associated with elections in Africa, as a positive sign of Ghana’s democratic maturity.
Mr. Sae urged the police to maintain their professionalism, describing it as vital for strengthening the country’s democracy.
