Police investigate attack on NDC Running Mate’s convoy in Eastern Region

The Ghana Police Service is investigating an incident involving the convoy of Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the NDC’s running mate, on the Akosombo-Accra Highway in the Eastern Region.

The event occurred on Friday, November 29, 2024, when an object allegedly thrown by a dispatch rider from the opposite direction struck and damaged the windscreen of a vehicle in the convoy.
