The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in its bid to challenge the High Court's decision for the re-collation of parliamentary results in six constituencies.
Despite a legal objection from the New Patriotic Party (NPP), which claimed the NDC failed to file necessary documents, the court allowed the case to proceed.
The NDC had initially overlooked attaching the High Court ruling but later submitted it through a supplementary affidavit.
The five-member panel, led by Justice Gabriel Pwamang, waived the error and will now deliberate on the case after hearing arguments from both parties, with a ruling expected soon.
