In a dramatic incident at the Animgazanga JHS polling station in the Bolga Central constituency, a man identified as Rufai was arrested by the police for allegedly possessing printed ballot papers.

Eyewitnesses reported that Rufai was caught with the materials, prompting immediate action from law enforcement. He was taken into custody and transported to the regional police headquarters for further questioning.

The situation has caused concern in the community, highlighting the importance of electoral integrity.

NPP members have claimed the ballots were not original but were used for educational purposes for non-voters.
