A/R: Am I dreaming? – Mahama expresses surprise at Kumasi NDC campaign walk turnout

John Dramani Mahama, the NDC flagbearer, expressed astonishment at the massive turnout during the party's campaign walk in Kumasi, Ashanti Region.

Thousands of supporters gathered at Aboabo Post Office, marching through the city and ending at the Kumasi Jubilee Park, creating a vibrant display of NDC support.

At Jubilee Park, Mahama remarked on the unexpected turnout, jokingly asking if he was dreaming and pointing out that Dr. Bawumia was likely losing sleep over it.

He criticized the NPP for focusing more on him than their own flagbearer and accused them of failing to fulfill promises to the Ashanti Region.

Mahama suggested that dissatisfaction with the NPP could lead to a political shift, predicting the "elephant will go back to the bush."
