The Ashanti Regional Secretariat of the NDC has denied reports of an attack on its party office before Ghana’s general elections.

According to Regional Secretary Dr. Frank Amoakohene, the gathering was a press conference addressing concerns over suspected vehicles with fake registrations linked to electoral fraud.

The party clarified that circulating images misrepresent the situation, emphasizing that leadership maintained order and called on security agencies to investigate the matter professionally.

Earlier reports suggested disruption by agitated youth, but the NDC attributed the unrest to frustrations over electoral irregularities.
