The New Patriotic Party (NPP), the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and the Electoral Commission (EC) are set to return to court on December 31 to address disputes over results in key constituencies, including Okaikwei Central and Ablekuma North.
This follows a Supreme Court ruling overturning a High Court decision that had allowed re-collations favoring NPP candidates in seven constituencies.
The NDC, dissatisfied with the process, argued their candidates were denied natural justice, leading the apex court to order the case be reassigned to a new judge.
The High Court will now decide the fate of these contested constituencies in a session expected to provide clarity on the electoral outcomes.
