The Chairman of the NPP’s National Council of Elders, Hackman Owusu-Agyeman, has called on Ghanaians to remain optimistic about the party’s ability to address the country’s economic hardships.

Speaking on Joy News’ PM Express on November 26, he acknowledged the difficulties but emphasized the NPP’s transformative vision under Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Mr. Owusu-Agyeman urged citizens to “examine their lives and vote wisely,” highlighting the government’s nationwide progress despite urban struggles.

“Acknowledging difficulties doesn’t mean ignoring them. We are determined to resolve them and build a better future,” he stated, stressing accountability in implementing the NPP’s measures to tackle the crisis.

As the NPP campaigns for re-election, he urged Ghanaians to consider the long-term national progress achieved under the party’s leadership.
