Samuel Dubik Mahama, former Managing Director of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), organized a grand motorcade of 1,000 Okada riders in Accra to show appreciation for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s Free Senior High School (Free SHS) policy.
The event, coordinated by youth leaders Alfred Kumi and Moses Abor, celebrated the transformative impact of Free SHS, which has provided secondary education access to millions.
Riders donned t-shirts with “Thank You, Nana Addo, for Free SHS” slogans, waving NPP flags through iconic landmarks like the Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Independence Arch, and Madina.
The motorcade culminated in a rally at the University of Ghana, supporting NPP’s Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh. Kumi urged youth to safeguard the legacy by voting massively for the NPP.
