Election 2024: Bawumia is experienced and ready to lead Ghana – Akufo-Addo

President Nana Akufo-Addo has expressed confidence in Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's readiness to lead Ghana, highlighting his extensive experience over the past 16 years, including eight years in opposition and eight in government.

During a meeting with Organised Labour on December 3, Akufo-Addo emphasized that Bawumia’s expertise, gained from his time as Deputy Governor at the Bank of Ghana and as Vice President, has equipped him well to succeed as the next president.

He urged voters to support Bawumia in the upcoming election, describing a vote for him as a vote for continued progress and development.
