Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Vice Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has asserted that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) struggles to collate election results due to a lack of understanding of electoral systems.
Speaking on Assafuah Radio in Old Tafo, Dr. Prempeh, also known as Napo, claimed the NDC’s failure stems from misconceptions about processes such as over-voting and result collation. He highlighted the NPP’s preparedness, citing its strong defense during the 2012 election petition.
Napo further criticized former President John Mahama, suggesting his focus is on a 2028 comeback rather than winning the 2024 elections, as seen in his choice of running mate. He predicted another failure for the NDC in 2024.
