The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has rejected claims that its final rally, scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2024, was purposely set to clash with the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) rally.
With just six days until the 2024 elections, both parties will hold their final events on the same day, sparking accusations that the NDC's timing was intended to disrupt the NPP's plans.
However, Mustapha Gbande, the NDC’s Deputy General Secretary, dismissed these allegations, stating the timing was not a deliberate strategy and emphasizing that the choice for voters is about ending their suffering.
Meanwhile, NPP Deputy General Secretary Haruna Mohammed noted the rally will mark the final push for the party's nationwide campaign.
