Former Foreign Affairs Minister Hannah Tetteh congratulated her younger sister, Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui, on her re-election as Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West.

In a tweet on December 9, Tetteh thanked the constituency for their support and called for unity to drive development in the area.

Gizella won with 33,995 votes, defeating Eugene Arhin, the Communications Director at the Presidency, who received 26,937 votes.

Tetteh expressed gratitude on behalf of her family for the efforts of party supporters and constituents.

Arhin, while acknowledging the loss, also congratulated Tetteh-Agbotui and stressed the importance of remaining united and focused on the constituency’s future progress.
