Alan Kyerematen’s vision to transform northern Ghana into the food basket of West Africa has gained significant traction among chiefs and residents across the five northern regions.

During his recent tour, Alan unveiled plans to establish large-scale agro-parks with mechanised farming and processing plants for export.

In Wa, the Paramount Chief praised the initiative as a “game-changer,” and in the Upper East Region, Alan committed to completing the Pwalugu Multipurpose Dam to support irrigation for year-round farming.

Alan also outlined plans to establish the Ghana United Farmers Association to promote large-scale agriculture.

His proposal for a Traders Bank, aimed at providing accessible financial services to traders, was warmly received across the regions, offering hope for economic growth and job creation.
