In a startling development, Alhaji Masaudu, the 3rd Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has issued a stern warning to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), threatening retaliation if the party continues its violent tactics.
This warning follows escalating tensions between the two parties, with the NPP accusing the NDC of intimidation and violence.
Masaudu emphasized that while the NPP is peaceful, they will not tolerate further provocation. He specifically pointed to several regions, including the North-East, Northern, Bono, and others, where the NDC has allegedly been inciting violence.
Masaudu urged local supporters to stand up against the intimidation, making a controversial remark about the use of guns, which some have interpreted as a call to arms. His comments have raised concerns over the potential for further unrest.
