The Supreme Court has indefinitely adjourned hearing an application filed by the NDC to overturn a High Court decision directing the Electoral Commission (EC) to complete collation in Tema Central, Okaikoi Central, Ablekuma North, and Techiman South.
Despite the EC completing collation in three constituencies and declaring NPP candidates winners, the NDC seeks the apex court's intervention to nullify the High Court ruling.
However, proceedings on Thursday revealed that the NPP candidates involved had not been served with the application, prompting the court to adjourn the case sine die.
The legal dispute underscores ongoing contention over electoral results in these constituencies, with unresolved procedural issues delaying judicial review.
