Former Tema Oil Refinery boss and NDC member, Kwame Awuah-Darko, has urged Ghanaians to back John Dramani Mahama in the December 7 elections, highlighting his track record in infrastructure development.
Speaking in Kumasi on November 27, he praised Mahama for transformative projects such as the Kejetia Market, Kumasi Airport expansion, and regional road improvements.
Awuah-Darko also emphasized plans under an NDC government, including job creation through the National Apprenticeship Program and investments in agriculture, which could provide over 200,000 sustainable jobs.
He called for a fair assessment of Mahama’s contributions to the Ashanti Region, urging voters to prioritize progress over partisan politics.
This aligns with the NDC’s intensified grassroots efforts to secure support in the NPP stronghold ahead of the polls.
