Zanetor Agyemang-Rawlings of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been re-elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Klottey Korle in the 2024 elections.

She secured 39,700 votes, defeating her main rival, Valentino Nii Noi Nortey of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), who garnered 23,558 votes.

Rawlings, the daughter of Ghana's late former President Jerry John Rawlings, has represented Klottey Korle since 2016. During her campaign, she focused on issues like infrastructure development, youth employment, and healthcare.

In her victory speech, Rawlings expressed gratitude to her constituents, reaffirming her commitment to the community’s development.

The Klottey Korle seat remains a key battleground in Ghana's political landscape.
