Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu, has revealed a controversial US$750,000 electronic servicing contract approved by the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) just days before the end of the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration.
Ablakwa, who chairs the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) committee, claims the deal was rushed without proper negotiation or audit review.
Sources within ADB suggest political pressure to finalize the payment by December 27, 2024.
The contract, awarded to Virtual Security Africa, is seen as part of a broader pattern of questionable last-minute transactions.
Ablakwa has vowed to expose those behind these deals and hold them accountable once the new government assumes office.
