Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has accused the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team, led by Foreign Affairs Minister-nominee Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, of conducting drone surveillance over his private properties.
Speaking on JoyNews’ The Probe on February 2, Afenyo-Markin claimed he had been informed multiple times about the alleged surveillance but remained silent, insisting his assets were legally acquired.
He revealed that drones had been flown over his beachfront property in Winneba, his residence in Abelenkpe, and other locations.
Despite confronting Ablakwa before his vetting, the surveillance reportedly continued.
Afenyo-Markin also dismissed claims that his lands in Winneba are state-owned, calling it a misrepresentation.
