Former Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu has urged President John Dramani Mahama to take decisive action against those responsible for the invasion of former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta’s residence.
Amidu insists that the rule of law must be upheld, condemning what he called “unlawful acts” by government agents.
He criticized media narratives aimed at deflecting public attention and urged the President to ensure justice is served.
The raid, which took place on February 11, involved individuals in military and police uniforms.
Ofori-Atta was abroad at the time, and Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng later declared the incident staged, accusing the former minister of corruption.
